The final report is complete! It is 390 pages long, so we have broken the report into separate downloadable files. The report will be submitted to City Council on October 26, 2009 at 5pm in Council Chambers.  A discussion of the next steps is scheduled on November 17, 2009 at 4:30 with City Council as a worksession.

The first 5 Chapters provide overall summary and voting results.  Chapter 6 includes all of the committee reports. Chapter 7 summarizes the public meetings on October 8, 2009, and Chapter 8 includes minority reports to the final report written by Task Force members. Due to the length of the document, Community Development will have a few hard copies in the office (3rd floor, City Hall) for the public to read and to make copies, if desired.
